Matthew is the owner of Bascombe Notary Services and a Notary Public commissioned in the county of Kings State, New York. He is also the owner of Bascombe Accounting & Income Tax Services.

He was born in Isle of Spice, Grenada, where he spent the first 20 years of his life and was taught  the importance of taking pride in himself and his work. He migrated to the US and graduated with an Associate Degree in Accounting and Taxation. He is the proud father of 3 grown kids and an active member of Hebron Evangelical Church (NY).


Matthew is also commissioned to perform RON (remote online notarization) and is a mobile Notary serving Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Manhattan, and Nassau. 

He is certified by the NNA (National Notary Association), Notary2pro and the Loan Signing System as a Loan Signing Agent.
