Certified Brooklyn, New York Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent
Matthew is a certified Notary Public in the state of New York. This means that he is authorized to notarize a wide range of documents, including loan documents, power of attorney, and more.
As a Loan Signing Agent he walks clients through the loan signing process: New home purchases, Refinance, Home Equity Line of Credit, Loan Modifications, Reverse Mortgages, and Warranty Deeds.
Matthew does not instruct signers to simply affix their signature on a document. Instead, he gives a general description of each document so that all signers are confident that they know what they are signing.
